Adding your first record takes less than a minute.
If they get lost, whoever finds them finds you
Every companion has their own QR tag. You attach it to the collar; when the person who finds them scans it with their phone, they see exactly the details you chose.
- You choose field by field what is shown: phone, city, a note…
- You get an instant notification when the tag is scanned.
- You can get in touch with whoever sends a “found” report.
- Turn lost mode off and the page closes with it.

Three things that will not change as we grow
FOR VETERINARY CLINICS
Your clinic's own records, linked to the owner's pocket
Every patient who walks in is recorded in your clinic's own book, whether or not the owner uses PetUp. If they do, the vaccine you give and the prescription you write land in their file under your clinic's name.
Customers, patients, appointments, visits
A weekly calendar, a waiting queue, chronic conditions and internal notes. Internal notes never reach the owner.
Bills, till, balances, stock
Balances and stock on hand are computed, never stored in a column. A dispensed drug goes on the bill and out of stock.
The official register, prescriptions, consent forms
Generated from the visit record and printable. A surgery consent form locks once it is signed.
Vaccine recalls and online booking
Overdue and upcoming doses on one board. Owners see your free slots and request a time; you approve it.

Groomers, boarding and trainers open their own accounts. Not a corner of a clinic account, your own: your team, your working hours. Owners see you in the same directory as veterinary clinics.
Listed the moment you register
No approval queue. Owners filter by province, district and type of service; your name, your description and your address are on the card.
Owners call you with one tap
Your number sits on the card and dials straight from the phone. It is validated first: if it cannot be read, no button is drawn.
The verified badge comes later
No waiting at the door: you are listed first, then an admin reviews and adds the badge. Boarding and training places are asked for their provincial permit number.
You build your own team
You invite staff by username; they join once they accept. You own the account, and the last owner cannot be removed.

PetUp is new. Until the payment infrastructure is ready, every feature is unlimited and free.
The free tier will later be limited to 1 companion, 50 MB of document storage and 1 PDF a month. Reminders and the lost-pet QR tag will stay unlimited on every plan.
Until that day comes, no limit is applied. And the records you add today won't be deleted.
